Shanghai Minlong Industrial Co., Ltd. is a food manufacturer that mainly produces various dried fruits and nuts. In 2011, it built the first batch of 4000m³ dry fruit fresh-keeping cold storage, and then built an additional 500㎡ fresh-keeping warehouse in 2012. The design temperature of the cold storage is 0 ~5℃, mainly storing dried fruits such as raisins and red dates. In 2015, a 4,500 m³ dry fruit fresh-keeping cold storage was built in Kashgar, Xinjiang, the place of origin, and in 2017, a 6,300 m³ dry fruit fresh-keeping cold storage was built in the new factory in Pudong, Shanghai.
